Well, I was thinking in terms of the “innocent” meaning being one that sounds redolent of the 40s, but it probably wouldn’t be too hard to attract a Japanese audience if they were in on the joke. I know they’re big on surf and rockabilly, they must at least tolerate swing.

I wonder what Postmodern Jukebox’s Japanese viewing numbers are...
